Got this REALLY scary email ?

It won’t accept anything I put in to create a new email address. I even tried just garbled letters and numbers

Ever since I got laid off, they have been talking crap about non-stop and it’s been almost a year. I’ve heard from former co workers and even clients! The way I got laid off was very upsetting, they brought in a new person to take my position and tried to make me quit so I dont receive UI (unemployment insurance) but I refused to quit and evetually they let me go. The only reason they brought on this new person because she promised more clients, more sales, more everything! but then again who doesn’t do that to get a job in this market?? anyways..she spoke to me recently and said she hated working there and working with them and mentioned that they have been bad mouthing me to everyone. So could I get in trouble for writing him an email telling him to stop?
They are sebotaging my career by spreading rumors..
