My guess is that there is some kind of malware infecting your computer doing this. Start with virus and spyware scans. A product that often detects malware that those products might not is Malwarebytes. It is available from

If you are using hotmail, you can delete the paragraph in “Personal e-mail signature” under Options. Remember to change your password after that.
